This policy explains what personal data this site collects, why, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swedish Data Protection Act.

This site does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage only to remember your session and preferences so the site works. We set no non-essential trackers, so no cookie-consent banner is required — this notice keeps you informed.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors that run the service on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and the AI that powers your assistant, under standard contractual clauses). Your in-app messages are processed by Cloudflare's AI in the cloud solely to generate your assistant's replies; they are not used to train third-party models. If you start checkout, payment is handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card details.
Updates-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Your account, subscription record, and conversation memory are kept while your account is active; when you delete your account, your login is revoked and your stored conversation memory is wiped. You can request deletion at any time.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete ("right to be forgotten"), restrict, or object to our use of your data, and to receive a copy of it (data portability). Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any right, email shopspring43@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
